These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdkt3 platform and its services. By creating an account on bdkt3 or using any service on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

3.2 Password & Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your account secure. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact bdkt3 support immediately.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• The account may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep account information up to date at all times.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bdkt3 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet). Deposits are not accepted through any method other than these three.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount from bdkt3 is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Verification

bdkt3 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. If your account has a bonus balance, you may not withdraw until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit at bdkt3, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳12,000 means the maximum ৳8,000 bonus applies, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit and bonus combined.

5.3 Bonus Policy

• Bonus offers must be used within the specified time limit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless separately stated.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or strategic misuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled.
• bdkt3 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6.1 Fair Play

bdkt3 is committed to ensuring fair play. All games available on the platform are independently tested and use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure unbiased outcomes.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has specific betting limits, which are clearly stated in the game lobby. When playing with a bonus balance, the applicable maximum bet limit must be followed.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a technical error or system failure, that round may be declared void and the wagered amount will be returned.

• In the event of any dispute over a game result, server logs will be treated as the final proof.
• If your internet connection is lost, active bets may be affected — this is the user's responsibility.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdkt3 platform:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Strategic betting (bonus abuse) with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Attempting to claim bonuses repeatedly by creating multiple accounts.
• Any attempt to compromise the security or functionality of the platform.

8.1 bdkt3's Rights

bdkt3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of suspicious activity or fraud.
• Failure to verify age or identity.
• Providing false information or concealing identity.

8.2 User Rights

You may request account closure at any time. However, if any active wagering requirement exists at the time of closure, that bonus balance may be forfeited. Any valid cash balance will be returned subject to applicable conditions.

bdkt3 provides its services on an "as is" basis. bdkt3 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform or maintenance downtime.
• Losses caused by the user's internet connection issues.
• Losses resulting from the user's own mistakes or negligence.
